Happy belated Chinese New Year friends! Yeah, okay, we’re a couple of weeks behind, but this year of the rabbit is supposed to mean that marriage and domestic bliss will be nothing but, well, bliss, and we couldn’t let that slip by without commenting. As with all things astrological, we here at Mojuba are full-on believers in China’s animal signs whenever the news they bring is good, and for all you brides-to-be, this bunny promises to be very kind. Traditionally the rabbit is the sign of home and family, so to be setting yours up under his auspicious gaze is a bit like having a fairy godmother looking over your new union… or so they say. And, our cotton-tailed friend is not only going to be gracing the matrimonial aisles, either. Supposedly, his peaceful influence will find its way into every crack and crevice of our slightly battered world. Just imagine, no more war, no more economic crisis, peace in the middle east–all fixed by a little bunny! Last year was a tiger, the year before was the ox. And now the cuddly bunny is here to help us all snuggle back into our nests and get cozy. Who doesn’t want to believe in that?
